Members and students of 5 Star Forex Training Academy Limited are responsible for their own trading account and their own trades. 5 Star Forex Training Academy Limited is not responsible for any financial loss suffered by any member from Spread Trading. 5 Star Forex Training Academy Limited does not give any investment advice and any options expressed or discussions that take place in the (in online training or otherwise) Academy cannot be deemed to be investment advice. Your financial trading account, trades carried out on your account and funds held in your account are a matter between you and your financial trading account provider. Any issues in these areas are between you and your trading platform provider and are not the responsibility of 5 Star Forex Training Academy Limited.

The terms and conditions of membership are subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of 5 Star Forex Training Academy Limited as may be amended from time to time. The Board of Directors of the Academy shall be appointed in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Membership term is linked to the activity undertaken by the member. There is no maximum membership time limit.
The Academy hours are from 8am – 5pm.
Membership is personal to the member or student and is not transferable and shall not be transferred under any circumstances.
Membership and enrolment fees are payable in accordance with the club offer undertaken.
Except as required by law, the Club shall not have any liability to any member inn respect of any failure to carry out or delay in carrying out any of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
As a Pro Trader member (PTM) you must operate a spread trading account – This can be a demo account.
Members and students that breach the club rules will be subject to the Club disciplinary procedure.
The club committee will be made up of the Chairman, Managing Director, Operations Director and at least one nominated club member.
Any personal information held by the Club in relation to a member will be subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1980 to 2003.
The Training Academy reserves the right, at its absolute, discretion to:
Cancel or suspend the use of the relevant membership of a member and all associated benefits for any period of time; or
To withdraw membership status completely in the event of misuse/abuse of membership or in the event of a breach in any of these terms and conditions or in the event of any abusive, dangerous or any other unacceptable behaviour by the member.
If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions is found by the court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the terms and conditions and the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions shall continue to full force and effect.
If the remittance tendered in payment of membership shall be dishonoured or in any way refused (other than by the Club), the relevant member shall be liable to pay the Club’s administration charge of £200.00 (or such other reasonable amounts as the Club may inform the member in writing from time to time) and any bank or other similar charge incurred by the Club as a result, and such membership shall be immediately withdrawn.

The club reserves the right to refuse any application for membership as its sole discretion without reason.

Members are expected to adhere to the club rules at all times.

Members must have up to date virus software on their computers and adhere to the clubs acceptable computer usage policy.

There will be a club committee to oversee any disputes and discipline issues.
No visitors are allowed on the premises.

Membership fees must be paid by electronic transaction in favor of “5 Star Forex Training Academy Limited”.

Information relating to educational material and or trading strategies obtained in the club is the sole property of the club, and may not be sold or distributed without the prior approval of the directors.

The Club reserves the right to alter, vary or amend the terms and conditions of membership and shall notify members of any such alteration, variation or amendment in such manner as the Club deems appropriate.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the member herby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any disputes in relation to the matters set out herein.
